The Challenge

Betcris’s initial NetSuite implementation in Costa Rica was completed with significant gaps by another partner. When the company decided to roll out NetSuite to its Polish subsidiary (Mr. Bet), it needed a partner who could not only deliver the localization but also address the foundational issues in the Costa Rica instance. The engagement quickly expanded beyond Poland as headquarters recognized the depth of expertise Atstratus brought to the table – spanning multi-country compliance, financial consolidation, and integration with Betcris’s proprietary billing platform.

The Solution

We implemented NetSuite for the Polish subsidiary (Mr. Bet) including full Polish Localization Bundle deployment. Provided advisory services to Costa Rica headquarters to remediate issues from the original implementation. In addition, we configured NetSuite OneWorld for multi-country financial consolidation across Betcris’s operating entities and coped and designed integration architecture with Betcris’s internal billing system for automated transaction processing.
