What is Zoho?

Zoho is a family of cloud business applications, not a single application. Zoho CRM manages customer relationships and sales activity; Zoho Desk organises customer support. Other apps cover areas such as finance, projects, forms, analytics and custom workflows.

You can select individual applications or assess Zoho One as a suite. The important decision is how records, responsibilities and information move between teams — not how many apps you can switch on.

App availability, features, integration limits and licence rules vary by product and edition. We check these against your requirements before defining the build.

Customer relationships

Use CRM to organise leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities. Make ownership, follow-ups and the next action visible to the team.

Structured service

Use Desk to track enquiries as tickets, set service targets and manage support with customer context instead of disconnected inboxes.

Connected workflows

Bring forms, approvals and operational steps into a defined process. Evaluate native connections, Flow, APIs or custom applications where needed.

Start with a process. Not an app catalogue.

  • Customer information is split between spreadsheets, inboxes and several tools.
  • Onboarding depends on people remembering the next step.
  • Sales enquiries and support requests need different routes and owners.
  • You need a focused first release, with room to extend after users start working in it.

A Zoho setup your team can actually use.

Our work starts with processes and responsibilities, then translates them into configuration, data and a controlled release.

Discovery & solution design

Map the customer journey, hand-offs and sources of truth. Choose the applications, record model and editions that fit the agreed scope.

CRM & onboarding

Configure modules, fields, roles, permissions and assignment. Use Blueprint transitions, required information and notifications to guide agreed processes.

Desk & enquiry intake

Set up email-to-ticket, categories, service targets and customer context. Design web forms and routing so sales and service requests enter the right workflow.

Automation & integrations

Connect records and actions using native capabilities first. Scope APIs, webhooks, Deluge or other integration tools when the process requires more.

Data, testing & adoption

Map and import agreed data, check duplicates and validate records. Test end-to-end scenarios with users, train the team and prepare the administrator.

Phased rollout & improvement

Release a useful foundation, support its adoption and prioritise the next increments. Keep future enhancements separate from what has already been delivered.

Build the foundation. Then extend it deliberately.

  1. Map the journey

Agree the stages, owners, required information and exceptions. Draw the boundary between Zoho and the systems that will remain in place.

  2. Configure the first release

Build the record model, access rules and priority workflows. Review them with the process owners before expanding the scope.

  3. Test real hand-offs

Follow an enquiry through to the relevant record, onboarding step or ticket. Check permissions, notifications, data and user readiness.

  4. Launch & refine

Train users and administrators, support the release and prioritise enhancements using feedback. Add integrations and applications when their dependencies are ready.

A few practical questions.

Should we choose individual Zoho apps or Zoho One?

That depends on the processes, applications, user roles and licence rules you need. We compare a focused app setup with the suite rather than assuming Zoho One is the right choice for every organisation.

Can you connect Zoho CRM and customer support?

Yes. We design how customer records and support context are shared between CRM and Desk, alongside the ownership, routing and access rules. The exact features depend on the selected editions and configuration.

Can Zoho replace our ERP or specialist operational system?

Not automatically. Zoho offers finance and operational applications, but a CRM and help desk are not substitutes for every ERP or specialist system. We assess the boundary and integrate where keeping an existing system makes sense.

Can we start small?

Yes. A first release can focus on a defined process, such as enquiry intake, customer onboarding or support. We agree acceptance criteria for that release and maintain a separate backlog for later enhancements.

Give your customer-facing teams a connected way to work.
