The Challenge

As Rockbern grew from a local operation into an international exporter with complex supply chain requirements – managing farm-level procurement, cooperative sourcing, roasting operations, inventory across green and roasted coffee, export logistics, and multi-currency sales – the company’s fragmented back-office systems could no longer keep up. They needed a unified ERP platform that could handle manufacturing processes, inventory management, procurement, and financial reporting across a vertically integrated value chain.

The Solution

We implemented Oracle NetSuite as Rockbern’s core ERP platform, tailored for manufacturing and distribution workflows and Configured financial management modules to handle multi-currency transactions for international coffee export operations. Then, we set up inventory management covering green coffee (by origin, grade, and lot), roasted coffee products, and packaging materials. Deployed procurement workflows for cooperative sourcing, enabling traceability from farm cooperative to export shipment. Lastly, we provided user training and ongoing support to ensure adoption across Rockbern’s operations team.
